FAQ

What is E-Cig, Electronic Cigarette, Electric Cigarette or E-Cigarette?

E-Cig is the abbreviation of Electronic Cigarette, Electric Cigarette or E-Cigarette, using electronic means to simulate smoking without fire, tar, carbon monoxide, ash and stub. E-Cig lets you enjoy and satisfy those tactile taste sensations without any risk on smoking tobacco. Actually, you can smoke E-Cig anywhere healthily without environmental pollution. E-Cig can help you to reduce or quit smoking.

What is E-Liquid?

The fluid that fuels an electronic cigarette is referred to as e-liquid, or smoke juice, e-juice. E-Liquid is the component of the electronic cigarette that provides the nicotine solution and the flavoring. When heated by the atomizer, the e-liquid is responsible for providing the lovely vapor that mimics traditional tobacco cigarette smoke. E-Liquid can be used to refill your cartridges for ANY E-Cigarette model you own.The key components to premium e-liquid are the followings:

-Flavoring: Taste is the first sense to be heightened when smoking an electronic cigarette, and for some, it?s the most important. Some like the traditional flavor of tobacco or menthol, while others enjoy the other sweet, or fruitful, special flavors, as there are so many different flavors for the tranditional cigarettes in the world. At KiwieCigs.co.nz, we are doing our best to provide you the most comprehensive flavors of the world for your choices.

– Throat Hit: It is the feeling a smoker gets when the nicotine hits the back of their throat while inhaling. This worked well for those wanting a higher nicotine concentration, but left the ?light? smokers without a throat hit.

– Vapor Production: The vapor is the smoke-like substance that is exhaled when smoking an electronic cigarette. When it comes to e-cigarette vapor, most e-smokers will agree, the more the merrier. We have developed to provide a consistently thick vapor that closely mimics that of a traditional tobacco cigarette, with our new E-Cig technology and our special E-Liquid.

– Quality: E-Liquid should be produced with materials approved for pharmaceutical grade, within the proper laboratory facilities, and conducted by trained chemists, ensuring that proper procedures are always followed.

– Storage: E-liquid should always be stored in a cool, dry place to avoid the spoiling of ingredients. All the electronic cigarettes are refillable with E-Liquid actually, including the new 2-piece structure E-Cigs.

How does the E-Cig work?

Electronic cigarettes works by electrically heating the nicotine cartridge. The vapours produced are then inhaled giving the nicotine kick. There is no flame or burning involved, yet it feels and tastes like a real cigarette.

E-Cig works with a small rechargeable battery and a unique, safe, replaceable cartridge containing water, propylene glycol or vegetable glycenin, nicotine, flavoring and a scent that emulates tobacco and other flavorings exclusive to E-Cig. When you inhale, it activates the atomizer which releases simulated smoke that is actually water vapor.

Can I really smoke E-Cig anywhere?

E-Cig is not a traditional cigarette and does not burn tobacco so it can be smoked in areas where normal smoking bans are in place like bars, restaurants, planes and offices.  E-Cig produces water vapor that is odorless and disappears in several seconds. You should always check with the location before using E-Cig.

Should I charge the battery when I first use?

Yes, it is better to charge the battery first for 3-4 hours.  If you have purchased a package with a 1100Mah or 1300Mah battery, you should charge it for at least 8 hours the first time.

Who can purchase the E-Cig?

E-Cig can be purchased and used by anyone who is 18 years and older.

Is my online purchase secure?

Absolutely. Purchasing from E-Cig is completely safe. Your financial details will never be shared with 3rd parties and stored securely in the financial processing institution.

What are the differences between your E-Liquid and the others?

We are using the best PG, VG and PG400 in the world as the E-Liquid Base to manufacture E-Liquid for ensuring you the maximum safety without toxicity risk. The PG and PG400 E-Liquid Base are made in US, while the VG E-Liquid Base is made in Malaysia. We are using the highest quality of E-Liquid Base to ensure you maximum safety. Some companies are using the low quality of e-liquid base to make the e-liquid with toxicity risk.

What should I start with?

What is pg/vg in eLiquids?

Propylene glycol (pg), and Vegetable Glycerin (vg) are the base ingredients of any e-liquid. PG/VG is the ratio of propylene glycol to vegetable glycerin in the mixture. PG is always first, VG is always second: 70/30 = 70% PG / 30 % VG

100% PG e-liquid will produce very little vapor. This is the most common mistake we see. New vapers choose 100% PG (we did it too) because it’s the first choice on the list. Then it’s so disappointing when there’s no vapor like you’ve seen in all those videos! It somehow makes it feel like the device isn’t working, but it is. PG will produce more throat hit, carry flavor through better, and it’s thinner. It doesn’t make the vapor though. VG is really thick like honey, makes the vapor, and can decrease the throat hit. Certain devices require a certain thickness of juice to operate, so to be safe we always say start with a 70/30 mix.

The eLiquids we sell at VapeIndulgence.com are typically 70/30 unless otherwise noted

Vegetable Glycerin (VG) is a thick, sweet liquid.  VG produces luscious clouds of vapor.  VG also imparts a sweeter taste to your liquid.

Propylene Glycol (PG) is a much thinner tasteless liquid.  PG produces more of a “throat hit” than VG does, which simulates the feel of smoking better.  PG also has a higher rate of sensitivity for some people, meaning that some people just can’t use PG in their vape.

E-Liquid or E-Juice is the equivalent to the Tobacco in an Analog Cigarette.

Our E-Liquid or E-Juice may contain Nicotine which is naturally extracted from high quality tobacco leaves.

Other ingredients that are found in our E-Liquid / E-Juice are high quality “Food Grade” PG (Propylene Glycol) and/or VG (Vegetable Glycerin), Natural Flavorings, and Natural Extracts.

What is Propylene Glycol?

Propylene Glycol is a food grade chemical and is a key ingredient as an additive in various medicines and many food products. Propylene glycol is used in food products as a flavoring carrier, is non-toxic, and is an ingredient in products including food coloring and many types of flavouring. A base made of 100% PG is not as smooth as a base made of a PG/VG blend.

What is Vegetable Glycerin?

Vegetable Glycerin is a thick, sweeter tasting, vegetable based liquid used in electronic cigarettes and personal vaporizers. A base made of 100% VG is often very thick and hard to absorb effectively, when compared to a PG/VG mixed base.

What are all of those choices when ordering e-liquid?  40/60, 20/80, 50/50??  What does it all mean??

E-liquid is a mixture of varying amounts of about 4 different ingredients.  Nicotine, PG (propylene glycol), VG (vegetable glycerin) and flavoring.  Some liquids can have additional ingredients, but for the most part, these are the main ingredients to all e-liquid.

The amount of nicotine is dependent on the strength of nicotine in your e-liquid, but let’s say it is around 10% nicotine.  Somewhere around 10% of your e-liquid will be flavoring.  That leaves 80% of the liquid in your bottle for fillers, which dilute the flavoring and the nicotine.  This is where PG and VG come in, and depending on how you like your vape, that determines the percentage of PG and VG in your e-liquid.

Is E-liquid safe to use?

Most of these components in e-liquid are well known and are used in many food products such and household products. Currently only pharmaceutical grade (USP) or food grade PG and VG are safe to use. E-Liquid contains nicotine and should only be used and handled by adults 18+ or 21+ or older depending on state laws. Please be aware that nicotine is a known poison and stimulant. E-liquid should never be handled by anyone underage and should only be used by people who are smokers and have a tolerance for nicotine. In small concentrations such as 24mg and below, e-liquid is safe to handle. Should any amount get on your skin, wash and clean with soap and water.

How and where do I store your eliquids/juices?

I want to start vaping was wondering if you could recommend a starter kit and is that all I need to do it?

To start vaping, you will need a minimum starter kit containing a battery, clearomizer, and USB charger.  In addition, you will need some oil – tobacco or other flavors.  Once you have the minimum setup and are enjoying vaping, you can add another starter kit to have a spare battery and clearomizer for those long days away from home.  When I go out, I take a spare set up so I know I won’t run out.  However, a 1.6ml clearomizer should last about as long as a 20 pack of cigarettes.

If you prefer other flavors, you can see the selection here:

Most vapers will use a base of tobacco oil and add the flavors in. However, you can vape just the flavors without adding any tobacco.  Your choice!

We have also put together a complete “Kiwi Pak Starter Kit” that includes 2 vaping pens, charger, 30 ml of Tobacco oil and 2 other flavors:
